About Newbold Square

Established in 1969, these (3) three story cement block and wooden buildings are now covered with vinyl siding, dryvit and beautiful stone work. There are twenty  condominiums;  each condominium is divided into two units – a one  bedroom unit  (571 sq. ft.) and a three bedroom unit (1,067 sq. ft.). Building One consists of ten units, Building Two,  fourteen units, and Building Three, sixteen units.

The entry to each unit is through a common entrance way. The one bedroom unit is located on the ground floor. The three bedroom unit is located on the second and third floors. Three bedroom units are numbered evenly; uneven numbered units are one bedroom units.

Common walkways lead to: individual units, the community swimming pool overlooking Silver Lake, wooden dock on the lake, parking areas and footpath to beach and town.
